Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy:

Our return policy is 30 days. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.

 

Refund Policy:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and an online store credit will be emailed to you.

 

Exchange Policy:

Seasonal and Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. However, seasonal and sale items discounted 40% off or higher cannot be returned. 

All Holiday items are a final sale only. No refunds will be given.

Gift Policy:
If the item ordered was noted on the account as a "Gift" when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
